Independent Roof Installation & Workmanship Inspections

When a roof has already been installed and something does not look right, Northlines provides paid, independent inspection and documentation of observable installation and workmanship conditions.

We evaluate accessible roof components, flashings, penetrations, transitions, drainage conditions, roofing materials, and other visible installation details. When included in the agreed scope, we may also review available project documents, manufacturer installation instructions, photographs, and other relevant information.

Northlines organizes the findings into clear, photo-documented reporting so property owners and other involved parties can better understand which concerns are supported by the observed evidence.

A completed roof installation does not appear correct or is not performing as expected.

The property owner and installer disagree about whether an observed condition is acceptable.

The installer has advised that a questioned condition is normal, and the property owner wants an independent professional review.

Concerns need to be documented before discussing corrective work with the contractor, builder, manufacturer, attorney, or another involved party.
